Thank you for your interest in our Partner Agent program. We receive inquiries from all over the country from buyers and sellers of equestrian real estate. When an inquiry is out of our area, we refer them to our Partner Agents. There is no fee to sign up, and the only cost is a 28% referral fee at closing. Simply complete our form to get started!

Any Realtor can sign up to become a Partner Agent. However, our referrals are prioritized to agents who have experience selling equestrian properties and/or have completed our online course "Understanding Equestrian Properties".
