Nichole McCaig's journey began on a horse farm in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she started riding as a toddler. With over 40 years of experience in the equine industry, Nichole has achieved remarkable success, including being ranked #1 nationally as a youth showing Pintos. As an Amateur showing Paint horses, she became Michigan's #1 rider and earned a spot in the Top 5 on APHA’s national Top 20 Amateur list.

Drawing on her deep equestrian background, Nichole transitioned into real estate, focusing on equestrian properties. Over the past several years, she and her marketing team at Visible Homes have perfected a comprehensive system tailored to this niche market. Nichole has consistently ranked as Michigan’s #1 equestrian property Realtor every year since 2016, with no other agent in the state achieving even half her sales volume during that time.
